Hi everyone, my name is Joe Wendl. My family has always been a rock in my life - I’ve been married to my wonderful wife Sarah since 2010, and now we have 3 children that we’re thoroughly enjoying.
But there’s always been one area of my life where I wanted more fulfillment. I spent almost 20 years in Corporate America and found myself as high on the corporate ladder as I wanted to be. It was either coast through the next 20 years at that level, or do something different.
I chose the latter.
And for whatever reason, I decided to choose something that couldn’t have been further from my skillset. But that was part of the appeal of my decision. Can I learn something totally new, and can I have fun doing it in the process? So far, the answer is without a doubt, YES.
